Description
The financial industry has to get a fine tool to manage their business growth. It is important to ensure customer satisfaction and reduce time consumption to market new products. A company needs a good management system to boost productivity, cut costs, and also improve its operations & regulatory compliance.
Our client is one of Indonesia’s largest banks that requested WGS to build a tool that is capable to check the SLA of each of their approval processes. The client already has their own existing approval software, however they need to upgrade into a better system. The new system is expected to avoid certain obstacles at work such as missing paper or the paperwork got stuck on one of the staff.
The company needs to build a web & mobile application that will be used internally. Employees can access the application by using the internet for mobile app and using the internet and intranet for the desktop app. The application contains three major functions, as follows:

Personal matters
The features in this function are addressed for the employees. The company can monitor employee’s performance here, such as overtime notes, training, loans, medical notes, resignation, and more.

Office matters
This function is addressed for the office performance. The company can monitor daily office operations here such as the use of official cars, meeting room booking, memo, trending events, the use of online forms and surveys,s and more.

Money matters (Next Development Phase)
While in this function, there are company expense allocation, payment request, delegation authority, and PPX.

Notification
This feature displays the progress of a request and informs changes of forms to users

SLA
This is a time limitation of a task or form which has to be approved by the approver

Requester and approver
There are three functions in this feature, namely:-
Reassign
approver reassigns when requester apply form from former approver to new approve -
Auto Reassign
form request automatically goes to a new approver when the targeted approver is not available -
Reroute
the requester can use this feature when he/she wants to change the non-active first approver to the new one.

Email notification
This feature gives notification from the tasks that are still in progress

Report
There is timing period addition from the report that will be displayed in this feature and users can export the whole field of the report in excel format.

Admin access privilege
Access to the system only given to the admin through an intranet

HRBP
This feature is for privileged staff with access to view employee’s data from some divisions in the company. An HRBP staff can handle more than one division depending on the needs.

This is a feature where users can see employee’s performance information.
