Description
The MENTOR Network is a national network of health and human services providers offering home-and community-based services across the country. With 28000 employees in 34 states in approximately 2500 locations, The MENTOR Network is made up of four operating groups that provide services for individuals with developmental disorders, behavioral disorders, and individuals recovering from brain and spinal cord injuries and programs for youth at risk.

Challenges in Existing Structure
- The existing purchase order transaction system wasn't scalable.
- The existing ERP technology was network-based and since many of their locations were not on the network, they didn't have any access to it.
- The current ERP was very expensive from the licensing and support standpoint.
- The current ERP was difficult to use and searching for the right item was cumbersome.
- There were long lead times to add catalogs with multiple iterations.
- For every workflow change instance, the IT team had to be engaged.
- Savings from P-Card rebates were not being captured.

The MENTOR Network has thousands of P-cards out in the field that people used to get their goods and services because they were unable to connect to their existing ERP system. So, the Zycus P2P application is a cloud-based application was going to allow the procurement team to:
- Place orders either at work or on their home computers; all they need is internet access.
- Access a lot of clean data that they (procurement team) need to do spend analytics without having to spend three-quarters of the time on just cleaning the data, thus saving on time while identifying saving opportunities.
- End-to-end supplier enablement reduces the efforts of the Buyer to manage catalogs and AP team to key in invoices.
