PT Daese Garmin was founded in 1988. In Indonesia, they are the first men's suit maker in Indonesia that have enlarged their product & market with US export. They need a Supply Chain Management application that’s capable of sorting their textile material based on requests, and more control for the inventory with a report at pre and post-production-transmitting goods.
Appschef agile team developed an application based on the client’s business process needs by using Ruby on Rails. The application runs on top of a Linux Ubuntu server, Apache web server, and MySQL database. On the front-end, the application uses HTML, CSS, Javascript, and JQuery.
Application features:

material-sorting process based on request orders by customers.

purchase of material processes based on quantity in inventory.

Lesson Learned.
Appschef team apprehended wider and more complex SCM application especially for the manufacturing company as the relation of each table in the business process is immense. It required a complicated logic from our team to accomplish this project.
